Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the services offered by Mater Providentiae, including institutional information regarding the endowment fund, its purposes, forms of participation, and the initiatives presented to the public. By accessing this website, the user declares having read, understood, and fully agreed to the provisions set forth herein.

Mater Providentiae is a non-profit initiative founded by lay Catholics, whose purpose is to provide continuous financial support for works of evangelization, formation, and charity of the Roman Catholic Church. This website has an exclusively informational, institutional, and pastoral character and does not constitute a public offering of securities, financial products, or investments.

The website also presents spiritual and community-based initiatives, such as the Benefactors Community and the Charity Pledge, which are voluntary, non-contractual, and non-binding in nature, intended solely to encourage a consistent and generous practice of Christian charity.
Access to the website is free of charge, and any improper use of the information contained herein is the sole responsibility of the user. Mater Providentiae reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Donations, Commitments, and Community

Donations made to Mater Providentiae are voluntary, freely given, and irrevocable, and are intended to strengthen the endowment fund and fulfill the institutional purposes described on this website. There is no mandatory minimum amount, nor any promise of financial return, economic advantage, or material benefit to the donor. Contributions serve exclusively philanthropic, religious, and institutional purposes.

The Charity Pledge presented on this website constitutes a free, personal, and spiritual declaration, without legal, contractual, or binding nature. By adhering to this commitment, the user merely expresses a moral and spiritual intention to live charity in a continuous manner and may support Mater Providentiae, other legitimate Catholic institutions, or directly carry out works of charity, mission, and

evangelization.

Adherence to the Charity Pledge does not create any financial obligation, legal relationship, future duty, penalty, consideration, or responsibility of any kind, as it is solely an instrument designed to encourage the spiritual practice of Christian charity.

The Benefactors Community is an informational and institutional space intended for sharing news, official communications, and updates regarding the causes, projects, and institutions supported by the fund. Participation in the community does not imply any obligation to donate, formal membership, legal relationship, or financial commitment.

Content published within the Benefactors Community is informational and institutional in nature and is provided exclusively by the fund’s administrators. Such content does not constitute financial advice, legal guidance, individualized pastoral counseling, or direct solicitation of donations.
